Polly

Inspired by my mother’s practice, I attended my first yoga class in 1998 and knew immediately after that yoga would be an integral part of my life. In 2014, I completed my 200 hour teacher training in vinyasa flow with local guru, Richii Jai and am currently studying with Boulder-based teacher, Amy Ippoliti. Beyond my teachers Richii and Amy, I am inspired by all the talented yogis and yoginis in my hometown of Louisville, CO! I teach an alignment based, vinyasa style class. Through teaching, I hope to promote a sense of community and to guide my students to lead active, healthy, introspective lives on and off the mat. In addition to teaching and practicing yoga, I love hiking, camping, running, concert-going, reading, and laughing with my husband Fritz and daughters Ellie and Hanna.

Steph

Steph loves connecting people to their strengths through dynamic yoga flows and heart-opening chants. A yogi since 1999,Steph discovered yoga while training for ultra marathons. The obstacles she faced on the trail were similar to those she faced on her mat. And the rewards were just as memorable. She wanted to help others realize their super powers (without having to run 100 miles!) and set her sights on teaching.

Steph’s classes focus on breath and body awareness, hands-on adjustments, and accessible chants. Her creative flows and themes help students embrace their individuality through self-love and self-acceptance. Oftentimes students are entertained with modern-day twists on stories of the deities. She hopes to help students experience a profound connection to their own true nature as well as to one another.
