Join Yoga Junction for a surf, spa, and yoga retreat at the spectacular yoga-centric Pranamar Villas. Located on the pristine beaches of the quaint surfing town of Santa Teresa, on the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, Pranamar is an intimate and environmentally-conscious oceanfront hotel recently built on beautiful Playa Hermosa. World-class surfing for all levels is located just steps away and yoga is offered in a gorgeous open-air yoga shala, adjacent to the resorts beautiful infinity pools.

Both yoga and surf beginners are welcome on this retreat. The break at Playa Hermosa is welcoming to all levels of surfers, offering warm and shallow waters for those new surfing. Yoga classes are led by Jen, an experienced teacher who infuses her classes with intention, laughter and joy. Every day you’ll enjoy one yoga class and gourmet meals as well as ample time to enjoy the lush surroundings. Optional day excursions include horseback riding, zipline tours through the rainforest canopy, and jungle hikes to exotic waterfalls. Included in your getaway, you’ll also enjoy a one-hour beach-front massage as well as a dinner off-site in Santa Teresa.

Ocean Front Villa: Pranamar’s two-story villas are built in front of the beach and feature private lounging areas, elegant design and decor and are surrounded by tropical gardens. The villas also feature a full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and two large balconies (an upper and lower level) directly in front of the beach. All villas also offer a secluded, shaded hammock for relaxation.

Poolside Villa: Pranamar’s two-story villas are built around a free-form pool and feature private lounging areas, elegant design and decor and are surrounded by tropical gardens. The villas also feature a small living room, two bathrooms, and two balconies (an upper and lower level). All villas also offer a secluded, shaded hammock for relaxation.
