YTT: Creative Process of Teaching

Teaching a Yoga class is one of the most exciting endeavors, but it can also be one of the most challenging. In this elective you will build your creative toolbox for teaching. You will learn and practice skills such as:
Intelligent Sequencing
Holding Space
Theming
Music
…and more!

Nichole Golden has been teaching yoga since 2007, join her for this special opportunity to be inspired about and build confidence in the art of teaching yoga.

This workshop is open to existing teachers and teachers in training. Class meets: Wed & Fri 7-9 p.m./ Sat & Sun 1-4 p.m. It qualifies for 10 CEUS/$180.
